Aline founded Lexicon Associates in 2009. She has deep experience in communicating to high net worth and ultra high net worth audiences, both as a marketing communications executive and as a financial journalist. Aline has worked with Evercore Wealth Management and Evercore Trust Company since 2009 as the outsourced head of communications and the editor of the firm’s quarterly journal; she earlier led communications for Aviva Investors, U.S. Trust and The Private Bank of Bank of America. Her articles on investing and travel have featured in the New York Times, the International Herald Tribune, the Financial Times, Worth, Bloomberg and Barron’s and the Wall Street Journal. She holds a BA degree in international relations from the School of Foreign Service at The American University. Aline is a board member of the Norwalk Maritime Aquarium.

William helps companies build on their strengths to create powerful corporate and product brands that inspire client loyalty and drive revenue. He has served as chief marketing officer and in other senior marketing and communications roles at Beazley, Marsh & McLennan Companies and Lloyd’s. William has written widely on insurance and broader business topics for publications including the Harvard Business Review, the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, Corriere della Sera and Les Echos. He holds a BA degree in modern history from Oxford University and an MBA from Columbia University. William has served on the board of British Fencing.

Janese manages and implements brand design and content initiatives from development to performance metrics, working with strategists, creative teams, developers and key client stakeholders. She has managed brand and marketing initiatives for Evercore, Accenture, LexisNexus, Pew Charitable Trust, Simons Foundation, and the United Nations Federal Credit Union. She has a BA in marketing from Baruch College and volunteers at Pono, a Harlem-based outdoor school.
